New Sign-In message

Every time I use e-bay I get an e-mail saying I have signed in using a new device at an approximate location which is nowhere near mine.  I also get prompted to change my password.  The computer I work from has not be changed - any ideas?

Lots of people are getting this so no doubt is some sort of glitch.    It doesn't mean anything.  I just delete them.
