There is a reference in this link that infers there won't be a change for 5 years as part of the agreement will be that ebay won't develop it's own payment system.

Nice of them to agree with themselves about agreeing to continue to get extra per sale persay percent 🙂

Tax will be double accountant accountable saving ebaypal a few quid also,so happy billionaires all round one would think .
