How do I escalate a case to customer support. I have waited 8 days

I raised a case against a seller for goods not as described. Firstly she said she would take them back then she agreed a partially refund which she then cancelled. I have waited 8 days. How do I escalate this to customer support?

i think 8 days to the exact time a button appears
