Help! I haven't used eBay for ages and have just seen my payout is going to an old account that is now closed!
- I can't find how to stop the payout
- updating my details I guess will stop the payout but I cant complete the update details process as I don't know what my account number was, so can't complete the update.
chat bot wasn't helpful, what can I do - I need to speak to someone, how can I do that!
