Can’t select choices call text or email and ok button doesn't work. Reinstalled app but no difference.

Switch if you can to a PC / laptop and verify your account from there.  There are several issues with the app currently.

Use Chrome or Firefox they work best with eBay.

If you do not have a desktop computer handy, try using a mobile browser in mobile, classic or desktop mode.
