We have for nearly a week now been trying to block a buyer and her email address from buying anything else from us, but after inserting either with a comma, without a comma, with a comma and a space, but every time it keeps coming up with "Uh-Oh. Looks like something went wrong. Please try again later." It is so frustrating!
