Remove Photo Background- Android

Anyone else having issues with the remove Background feature when cleaning up photos on the App. The item turns completely white. The background completely black. Tried on two Android phones with the latest update from a new days ago.

I don't bother removing the background as it never works properly and looks naff for me.

It's easier to just photo items in a clear area or against a plain wall.

OK? Great. Anyway.. It Normally works fine for me so back to my question, is the feature broken for anyone else?
