Just wondered if anyone has had a similar problem
I am unable to log into one of my accounts using my laptop - "oops that's not a match" comes up when I enter the used id
I can still log in using my phone where I can still list and sell so don't think there is anything wrong with the account. I am also still able to log into my other account using my laptop.
I have contacted customer services who have made a referral to technical services, but a week has passed and the problem has not resolved itself.
I have done all the obvious things, deleted cookies, emptied cache, tried a different browser, all to no avail.
Any thoughts?

Just tried logging in with my email and it works.

I had this problem last year where eBay didn't recognise my user name when logging into my browser.
I got around it by signing in with my email address instead.
I later discovered eBay was putting a space at the end of my user name and hitting the back button seemed to make it work.
There were others affected and there's a thread about it somewhere, I'll see if I can find it.
