Inappropriate items in ''Shoppers like you also liked'' section

Any chance I can get rid of sex toys showing up in the ''Shoppers like you also liked'' section? And no, I did not search for such things, as the title says, it's apparently what other shoppers like me like??!!

I've not seen the terminology "Shoppers like you also liked" - whereabouts does it appear i.e. which page and whereabouts on that page?  Do the links point back inside eBay or could this be an inserted 3rd party advertising panel?

Most eBay recommendations tend to be linked to previous searches or favourite sellers and they have a 'Feedback on our suggestions' link on the right-hand-side but it doesn't wipe anything as far as I am aware.
