Every time i go to bulk upload i keep getting ERROR SOMETHING WENT WRONT on my accoont top right hand corner i have cleared cache ect changed my password account settings and still cant send my parcels i have been with Hermes/Evri for 9 years never had any problems I am sending parcels with Rpyal mail due to this problem please help
