Has anyone else noticed since the eBay app update a couple of week ago the 90 day "sales total" and "sold items" are wrong?
it's showing on my app that I have 62 "sold" items, and a 90 day total sales "figure".... but when I go onto the "sold" tab it says 0 items sold.
when I log in on the web on any device it shows all correct details.... as I always clear all sold items etc so web says £0 and 0 items sold in the last 90 days...which is correct.
seems the app hasn't refreshed correctly since the update(s)
this is happening on iOS devices eBay app.
as said website on an iOS device / computer all show correct info.
anyone else experiencing this at all? I have an older version of eBay app on an old iPhone 7, and this is working perfect, it's only the last 2 updates that's caused this issue for me on my 13 pro max.
it also mentions the word "dollar" when I click the little "information" button by the sales total, so seems like the app is mixed up with US? As showing the pound symbol next to the sales figure. ?
