Should I ask for return of the item I sold?

Hello:) I sold a styling cream that i listed as new. The buyer messaged me the item wasn't seald. I have never checked if the item was seald from inside or not, thats how i received from the online store. She is not happy so Im planing to offer full refund but my question is if I should ask her to send the product back to me? And if yes I shall I cover the postage as well?

Ask buyer to open ebay case for not as described, you issue returns label through case & refund on return.

As ebay will charge you £3.25 for label, if you don't want item back, refund through case & it will close, you get ebay fees credited, not paypal fees.
