Why is Ebay charging more than 10% final value fee

According to Ebay sellers hub, 10% is charged on final amount when item sells but I'm being charged closer to 12.5% . Can anyone clarify please ?

you are on ebays managed payments so you pay 10% final value fee and 2.8% plus 30p as a processing fee,

this is less than you used to pay paypal as they charged 2.9% plus 30p

Thanks for explaining but don't remember reading about the 2.8% + 30p processing fee. Why is it not mentioned in seller's fees I wonder. Thanks for your help.
