International fee for Northern Ireland?

Hi - does anyone have an explanation why eBay are levying international fees on a sale to Northern Ireland from Wales (i.e. entirely within the UK, with standard domestic postage via Royal Mail)? I don't recall seeing this in the Brexit announcements . . . . . .

Unless your buyers address is located in or registered  on the ? Ireland (ROI) site ? (UK> EU <UK )) which will trigger the 20% import/export fee ... then no International fees are required on a UK>< UK sale.

Nothing has changed as yet, (subject to review in April).    Royal Mail is usually quicker and cheaper for (UK) Northern Ireland BT addresses >

Check  their Feedback profile for Seller Based Location.  also check the Site of Registration   (they can often be very different) by using their >> 'View Listings/Items for sale' < links and scroll to > 'Seller information' < field in Left Hand Column = Country of Seller Registration.
