No point in Contacting Ebay if the Item was Sold in the last 30 days and your Buyer has opened an Ebay "Item Not As Described" Case. You will have to generate the Returns Label through the Case and Fully Refund when you get the Jacket back.

Don't worry about accidentally accepting a return. If the buyer claims that it isn't as described, eBay would have made you accept it anyway.

EBay's policy is to take the buyer's word against the seller's, no evidence is required. If you had contested the case, eBay would have enforced the refund, but they would also have placed a damaging defect on your account and you would have forfeit any return of fees. The buyer would probably not even have had to return the item.
