Hello Guys
I'm having an issue with my sellers account, my buyers are not able to buy any of my items at all. I've confirmed with paypal that the account is verified and confirmed with my buyers that they are able to buy other sellers' products
When trying to buy my items, the buyers get the message
"We can't process your payment. Try again, or select a different payment method"
We've tried all the advised steps to no avail, could someone help please, we're completely stumped, honestly... do you reckon this is a technical glitch? Who can help with this?
Some troubleshooting solutions recommeded by ebay and which we've tried are
1. Clearing cache for buyers
2. Using the credit/debit card options for buyers
2. Relisting the items for me as the seller
click on 'sell similar' to see what email address is in the payment field
then if it is an email account you can still use, log into your paypal account and add it to your profile,
You are based in Singapore,
you have to have 10 sales in your own country before you can sell internationally.
So no UK buyers can buy from you at the moment.
