not visible in USA ?

Can anyone advise please on why my listing is not visible in the USA 

tried lots of things Reckon I have international postage . But so many snakes and ladders ??

As that item is in Global Shipping there's no reason why it's not visible in USA - unless it's a restricted item.

It shows as being available to the US through eBay's Global Shipping Programme. Try searching eBay.com for the item number (the "best match" search is rarely as described).

I've just double checked myself as well, and I can also see the item being available on the US site, so you are all good.
