hello Evri lost a parcel i sent to a customer so i have refunded the customer how do i claim for this

It depends if you bought the label directly from evri or through eBay packlink.

If it was via eBay packlink you need to claim through them.

Make sure that the total 'loss' you are claiming includes the postage cost. Evri will require a copy of your eBay sales order and description of packaging.

The process is not quick but if you used a tracked service it is easier (they will then know where to start investigating).

It is never a good idea to issue refunds until you have started the claim process. Sometimes 'lost' items turn up eventually.

I reported the item lost on 19th and put a claim but did not get a reply. I put another claim today and they said it is too late to claim. They have lost the parcel which was covered by compensation.How can I get them to refund?

When was it posted/collected?

Was it a tracked item?
