Sign In Verification Glitch?

Better half had a phone call earlier from a regular repeat buyer.

They have tried to sign in from early morning but can’t get past 2-step verification because no code is being sent/received - also had two emails from repeat buyers saying the same thing.

Anyone else know of the problem?

It’s a holiday weekend and some of her buyers can’t buy - and eBay don’t get their cut.

If eBay can’t let buyers buy on eBay, then ………………………..

Try this: if you have Adblock running or any other extension that is used to block cookies or trackers, disable those extensions.

It worked for me!

There must have been some changes made on Ebay's side because it always worked for me despite running these cookie and ad blocking extensions

Spent two days trying to log in, so frustrating.  Wish I'd thought of that sooner.  Hope it works for your partner's customers!

Yay! - seems to be back to eBay’s usual level of abnormality.

As you said, there must’ve been some changes made at their end.

One buyer tried the AdBlock route and another tried again as normal just after midnight and got straight in - so seems to have been sorted one way or another.

They’ve probably been tinkering again with something needlessly superficial and broken something else important.

Hopefully the remaining buyer will reappear today - and others too of course!
