Sale transaction breakdown

Why is it after I have made a sale the transaction breakdown price and fees do not include Promoted fee within the same breakdown? The final value fee that is shown is incorrect because of the promoted fee is not shown?

This is misleading because the Promoted Fee is shown for the same item as a separate sale why?

My take on the Promoted Listings Standard showing the fee separately is to make a point that the fee has only been charged if it has been viewed & purchased by the Buyer within the 30 days time frame.
