Hi all, I'm new to selling on EBay and sold an EV charger, I've not received the money as it's showing as on hold but the buyer just messaged me to say it's charging for a few seconds and then stops. He won't answer if he has registered the charger with podpoint or if he has called them.
he said give me your address and I return? Is this the right way or what should I do?
I don't want to not get the item back or be out of pocket
help please

He needs to open a NAD, you will get a message and will send him a return label. All done through ebay. Don't refund until you have received it.

I just spoke to podpoint and they advised the charger hasn't been in service so he can't have used it.
Funds currently show on hold, if I don't get it back i don't want to lose out and have already paid postage to get the item to him

It's described as used which from the buyer point of view means working when he receives it.
As @6709christine advises he must open a "not as described" case and return for a refund. You get your fees back
