2 years i've been trying to get changes made to ebays ecig-vaporizer policy. Every agent i've spoken to, from all over the world, agree, I am being wrongly restricted and the restrictions should be removed. I am then told it will take upto 72hrs for the "Back office" to contact me with the resolution. Of course, they NEVER contact me, so i go through the whole process again a few weeks later. C'mon Ebay, sort your busines out.
