Editing a listing after bid received

How can I change my listing to 'accept offers' after a bid has been received?

I don't think you can, once a bid has been received you cannot edit the listing.

If you want to sell to the current bidder, you can end the listing using the sell to current highest bidder option (I think). Someone will be along to correct me if I am wrong.

You can't.

Once bidding starts no offers can be accepted, and the auction has to run on in auction style only,  in fairness to the other bidders.
