Can someone tell me why Ebay have completely lost the plot when it comes to categories!!!

They have completely messed up the whole system !! It was perfect the way it was 

I think it is another nail in the coffin for Ebay

That's what eBay do best.  If something's working well they introduce "site improvements" until it's no longer functioning as it should!
