As above, item I sent to buyer did not arrive. They reported this to ebay who froze the payment monies to me. Buyer has now received the item and happy with it but how do I get my payment unfrozen? Do I need to do something or does the buyer?

Add the tracking to the dispute and it will close in your favour or ask the buyer to close the case
If you didn't send tracked and the buyer doesnt close the case you will still be forced to refund regardless of any messages saying they received it
