70% Off Fees

l haven't had an offer from ebay for 70% off selling fees since before Christmas,I was usually getting them every  2 weeks.Does anyone know what might be happening please,

I've got the 70% fvf on my selling overview page this morning.

But I haven't received any notification/email from eBay about it yet.

No email here either, just checked my Seller page and sure enough there's an 80% offer sitting there...

So everyone: go check! email hasn't gone out for some reason.

Checked both email and app but nothing. I reckon some get the offer on Friday-Sunday 23:59:59 and others get it Saturday-Monday 23:59:59, don't see why though. Used to get it on Friday but been Saturday for a while now.

You say app, but have you looked in the Promotional Offers box in the Seller Hub?

hate to say this but i am still getting it friday to monday!  Really does make you wonder how they work it out.  I should add that it dropped from 80% to 70% about middle of last year (not moaning, grateful for anything to help)

Yea I did thanks, it just says the standard 994/1000 items free listing promotion. I'll report back tomorrow!

I'd get on to customer services.

I'd have thought if it's there they will probably honour it.
