eBay RM48 labels supplemental charge message on one label but not on another

I printed two RM48 small parcel labels for £3.29 each today through eBay.

The labels layouts were slightly different.

And one label had the message "supplemental charge will apply for branch drop off" the but the other one didn't.

I know RM charge an extra 16p for dropping RM48 parcels off at the PO but I thought it was when bought through their website.

Anyway I voided the label and purchased it again and it didn't have the supplimental message on this time.

Has anyone been charged the extra 16p for taking an eBay generated RM48 label to the PO?

Ihave only this week started to buy postage through RM website and have chosen to drop off at a PO.

I notice on my £3.29 label, it has cost me £3.45 when I select drop off, so have already paid the 16p extra.
