Trying to purchase postage label - something went wrong

On both app and desktop, when I try to purchase postage label it says something went wrong or technical difficulties please try again. Any ideas?

I had this problem. 2.99 was taken from my paypal account, but I did not receive a link to print the label and the label does not appear in the manage labels page, so I can't request a refund.
How do I get my money back?
