Has anyone had this problem? I arranged for three parcels to be collected and despite 3 vague emails saying that they had collected them with no actual time on the emails as usual, just the date, the parcels were still in my porch! Have requested a refund on all three of the postage but nothing, no further emails or anything. Has anyone had this problem?I'm waiting on responses from both Royal Mail on X and via email. Thanks x
