Printer would not print return postrage label

I was about to print a return postage label but the printer went dead so I purchased postage from Royal Mail and sent my return parcel.  I can't find a way of changing return details as ebay says ' awaiting despatch. Idid contact the seller with new tracking details  The seller received the parcel yesterday as have a photo from royal mail but has not confirmed this.   I am concerned that 1/ ebay will still charge me for postage 2/ the seller will say not received.  For future is there anyway of cancelling a postage label if your printer won't work?

You can void and receive a full refund for an unused postage label here, you may need to wait 24 hours for your label to appear before being able to cancel it.

If there is no option to amend the tracking number where you marked the item as dispatched,  then contact eBay Customer Services,  they can do this for you,  their lines are open now.

On weekdays lines open between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.
