Hi there,
I've sold 2 items and both were listed as RM Tracked for postage and I (seller) am to pay the postage.
When I go to make payment for postage it says "Royal Mail, Yodel, Evri and Parcelforce are experiencing issues" and "no service available"
I normally take the QR code to the drop off point form them to scan and print label.
I have attached a screenshot of the issue.
Can anyone offer any help please?

There is a great old fashioned system which has worked for years. Write the address on paper and stick to the parcel with return details and then take it to the nearest Post Office.

You could buy directly from the royal mail website.
It's the same price as eBay and you can get a QR code.
Alternatively if the problems with the eBay app try using a browser instead.
