Buyer recived rong item by mistake

Hi all. I sold multiple items one weekend in Dec. I booked all of them to be collected by royal mail with the bring label option. 

Unfortunately my postie put the same label on 2 parcels. They both went to the USA. The buyer has contacted me to say he received the second item by mistake 

Any idea on how I get the wrong item back as it is the same shipping label (outbound) as the correct item meaning its not a straight forward return case.

I would offer to pay to have the item sent back.

If they are willing, the buyer can let you know the cost and you should be able to find a way to pay them.

The buyer can't open a return case for an item they did not buy so there is not anything you can do through Ebay.
