Hi
I sold and delivered the item to the buyer.
Despite proof of delivery of the goods in the form of a photo of the courier, the buyer claims that he did not receive the goods.
Ebay took the money from my account and sent information that it had resolved the dispute in favor of the buyer.
I have neither the goods nor the money. There is also no proof that the buyer did not collect it.
There is no option to appeal this decision on my account.
What I should do now ? I feel cheated by Ebay and the buyer

unless you have online tracking showing delivery there's nothing you can do.

Elaborating somewhat [and I am not sure what relevance a photo "of the courier" might be] you should have uploaded the tracking details [numbers and letters] when you posted the item into the eBay sale.
This would have proved delivery [or not] but is the only thing that ebay accepts.

I have tracking and ebay has seen it.
First, he admitted that I was right in the dispute and then changed it to the buyer's advantage.

But I can't do anything, there are no options there.
I don't know how to report it or where to write it.

What do you mean in your first post by you have no proof the buyer did not collect it.
Also was the case an eBay not received case or did the buyer go to their bank and initiate a chargeback.

Hi midway690, thanks for your post.
If you did provide tracking information in time, and the tracking information did show the item as delivered to the correct address, the case should've been closed in your favor. Could you please confirm the item number, so I can look into this and find out what's happening?
