If you wish to sell on eBay, those are micro deposits eBay have put into your nominated bank account you registered for eBay's Managed Payments, for you to receive, and confirm those amounts back to eBay.
eBay then know, they have the correct bank account to send your payouts too. After confirmation or if nothing is done with those deposits, eBay take them back.
If no longer there and you wish to sell, contact eBay Customer Services to send you 2 more.
