Have you started a return through Ebay?

When you click on 'return this item' from the dropdown menu next to the item you have bought, this opens a return case.  You have 30 days to return an item through Ebay.

As long as you choose the right reason, such as 'not as described in the listing', the seller then has to send you a label through Ebay.

So - Have you opened a return?

What reason did you choose for returning the item?

If you have opened a return request choosing item not as described the seller pays for the item to be returned by sending you a prepaid return label.

If you chose a different reason to return, then you pay the return postage costs.
