s10e mobile phone

Hi

I ordered a mobile phone on the 3rd of October an se10e. The phone worked perfectly at 1st then 5 monhs later it wouldn't charge or switch on,this phone had a 12 months warrenty with it.I emailed the seller from my purchase history on fri 22nd of march.

As yet I have had no reply and the item has now dissapeared from my purchase history. I need to know what I can do now.

You only have 30 days to open a return through Ebay.

Message the seller again and, if they were a business seller, look up their details on their current listings so you can ring them and possibly write to them.

The warranty is between you and the seller.  Ebay will not get involved.
