hi.could any one tell me how to change my returns policy.on my listings it says returns not accepted,but as i am starting to sell vinyl records which have not been tested i would be willing to accept returns.so could any one tell me how to.thank you.

During the listing process (or revise any current listings without bids using the Revise Your Item link, top left of listing), below postage you'll see Preferences.   Click on the pen icon to change returns.    That is for "change of mind" returns.   Buyers are always able to return items that are not as described even when sellers say no returns.
