hi, could someone help me please, i have had several buys from a seller.the first lot came broken, i provided pictures.the second one they sent were also broken but worst than the first lot. now i have a bigpile of broken items and seller want a return.posting them though will be difficult and i am agenuine customer will actually eveidence,can i get a refund without trying to send the amount of items back? x
