refund without return

hi,  could someone help me please, i have had several buys from a seller.the first lot came broken, i provided pictures.the second one they sent were also broken but worst than the first lot. now i have a bigpile of broken items and seller want a return.posting them though will be difficult and i am agenuine customer will actually eveidence,can i get a refund without trying to send the amount of items back? x

If you purchased the items from a UK seller then you have 30 days from purchase date to open a dispute for not as described and seller pays return cost.

If you purchased from overseas then tracked return is at your cost in order to get a refund of your original payment; for items purchased from China this is often not a viable option due to postage cost, unless the goods were expensive.
