You will still have to pay to post out clothes but ebay won't take any fee for postage.
"For clothes listings, private sellers will only incur fees for any of the following:"
Optional listing upgrades
Sending items internationally
Using Promoted Listings to place advertisements

Even in normal circumstances there is no 'postage fee', there is simply a selling fee that is based on the total the buyer pays, including any postage.
Zero selling fees means just that.

ps they are taking a % when all added up as you state including any postage duh

Not sure what you mean, ebay selling fee has been based on sale price plus postage for ages, so selling at 99p with postage of £10 costs exactly the same as selling at £10 plus 99p postage, or £10.99 with free postage.

What does this relate to? Clothing is free unless you use extras which have to be paid for.

I don't advise increasing postage costs,
Buyers often just look at cost on label and leave feedback based on it.
Some don't consider packaging costs as well.

never have done in my 15years alway correct postage costs and use recycled packaging😎

what i meant was the postage is normal but the clothing is lower. this is why i was asking the question otherwise i would be out of pocket because of postage if that makes sense.
