Could you please take a screenshot of it, and upload it here so we can have a better understanding of the issue? If you haven't tried so, I'd suggest clearing the caches and cookies of your browser and try again. If that doesn't work, please confirm the item number of the listing/ad in question, and I will be happy to take a look for you no problem.
