no payment fom the 11th may but i have had payments from 13th and 14th may which have gone into my bank i need a contact telephone number for ebay support auto answer

You came back to selling after having a little break.  Have you fully and vorrectly registered with eBay's Managed Payments?  If not,  this too can place future payouts on hold.

You need to provide eBay with details of a bank account and have this account verified.  The usual method here, is for eBay to send 2 micro deposits into that nominated bank account for you to receive,  and confirm to eBay.

Once this is completed,  you will be able to list items for sale,  and receive payouts from those sales.

If there is still an issue,  contact eBay Customer Services,  who have full access to your account,  and can explain any holds on your payouts.

I guess you mean in April not May.

On the 10th of April you sold on two seperate listings, identical brochures,could this be the issue.
