You can certainly have more than one business account although there are rules for what they sell and how they mustn't interact.
You also used to be able to link a new account to an established one to get better selling limits but I can't find the policy on that, so it mght not exist anymore.

I guess all you can do is give it a go, and if it doesn't work for you, close the new account down.
You could also try posting on the business seller board for a wider group of responders.
