i follow the rules of ebay religiosly or there is no piont to listings after  years 668 @ 100%  who keeps doing this competitors ??

Only ebay can remove listings, but it does look as though you should be registered as a business seller, and it is possible  that business sellers who are paying correct fees report your items for unfair competition.
