double charged

i was charged on 19/03/24 for an item and then again on 25/03/24 and i find ebay's support very confusing. the seller has not replied ina few days does anyone know what i should do from here?

We need some details, charged how much and how?

 You do not get charged you pay, so how did you pay? It is most unlikely that seller has been paid twice.

If you paid by credit card for example, you pay from your card, but still owe the card company, so you will still have to pay them, but it does not mean you have paid twice.

i payed through paypal, which took the money on the 19 and showed the charge on my card. then on the 25 i checked my account and the money had been taken again with another charge date shown
