click and collect Collection code

Hi, selected click and collect delivery. Item has been delivered to store but ebay haven't send a collection code. Any Idea what I need to do?

If that code is not with your order details,  then contact eBay Customer Services,  their lines are open now,  they'll provide that code for you.

Be aware,  the store will only hold your item for 7 days, after  you've been notified it's in store,  after that, they can dispose of it as they wish.

On weekdays lines open between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m.

On weekends they open between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Thanks,  found code, issue was made more complicated due to parcel being sent to the wrong building due to incorrect address on parcel. All sorted.
