This is most odd as your last sales show the date 19th , so not even time for a buyer to open a case for item not received and to escalate.
All I can suggest to get some clarity here as to what has happened, access to your account is needed and for this you need to contact eBay Customer Services.

On the left sidebar you can see Have us Call you or Chat with Our Automated Assistant.
On weekdays lines open between 8 a.m. and 10 .m.
On weekends they open between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.
