Why do I pay postage when printing postage label when the buyer has already paid this to eBay?

The buyer doesn't pay ebay for the postage.   They pay you the full amount then you buy the postage.   The payment you receive is minus ebay's selling fee, not minus the cost of postage.

Buyer pays you for item & postage as listed,

ebay deduct their fees & pay rest into your bank account.

You use this money to pay for postage.
