Hello, I have a question because I bought a doorbell in June 2023 and it broke today. I wanted to contact the seller and discuss the warranty, but I cannot send him a message. what should I do ?

That's all you can do is send a message to the seller,  but I'd be surprised if you receiv ed a reply.

If you bought this from a Private seller you are too late to claim a refund.

If purchased from a registered UK business, who offered a guarantee and is now not upholding this,  then turn to Citizens Advice for your next steps,  if you wish to take this further.

eBay will not get involved as they have a 30 day MBG,  Money Back Guarantee policy,  they cannot confirm any further warranties or guarantees,  that's soleyl between the buyer and seller to enforce.
