Unfair bid

Hi 

I have won a bid on eBay on Dior earrings and the seller have just refunded me the money and relisted and sold the earrings without telling me 

I need resolution for this

All you can do is leave feedback to reflect your experience - seller refused to honour transaction.

unfortunately as you mentioned contacting eBay - if the seller knows the rules they can get your feedback removed.
